We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager specialized in CRM migrations to lead the end-to-end migration from an existing CRM/contact center platform to a new solution.

The role requires strong experience developing and executing migration strategies, coordinating technical and business workstreams, managing historical data and legacy systems, planning coexistence and cutover strategies, and leading Go-Live and post-Go-Live stabilization.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on project leader who can understand technical dependencies, challenge requirements, make informed migration decisions, and effectively coordinate customer, technical, business, and global teams.

Fluency in English and Portuguese is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end CRM migration strategy, from assessment and planning through Go-Live and stabilization.
• Develop the overall migration roadmap, including phases, milestones, dependencies, resources, and transition activities.
• Define and coordinate the migration approach and strategy, including sequencing, waves, pilots, cutover, rollback, and contingency plans.
• Lead the strategy for historical data migration, retention, accessibility, and legacy system decommissioning.
• Define the coexistence strategy between the current and new platforms during the transition.
• Coordinate data migration activities, including data assessment, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and migration readiness.
• Coordinate migration requirements across CRM, IVR, bots, integrations, automation, recordings, and other connected systems.
• Lead cutover and Go-Live planning, ensuring all technical, operational, business, and customer dependencies are addressed.
• Coordinate Go-Live execution and hypercare/stabilization, including issue resolution and transition to steady-state operations.
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, gaps, and migration challenges, developing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements, migration decisions, and readiness criteria.
• Provide clear communication and recommendations to customer stakeholders, technical teams, business teams, and global leadership.
• Ensure migration deliverables, decisions, milestones, and action items remain on track throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, with significant experience leading CRM migration projects.
• Fluent English and Portuguese – mandatory.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end CRM migrations, preferably involving enterprise or contact center environments.
• Strong experience developing migration strategies, not only coordinating project activities.
• Hands-on experience with:
• CRM migrations and transformations
• Data migration and historical data
• Data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
• Legacy systems and platform coexistence
• Integrations and APIs
• IVR / Contact Center technologies
• Bots and automation
• Call recordings
• Cutover and Go-Live

• Experience defining migration waves, sequencing, dependencies, rollback and contingency strategies.
• Strong ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into actionable migration plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
