The Wall Street Quants is the fastest-growing bootcamp in our space, founded by real Wall Street quants and run by experienced entrepreneurs who have built and scaled businesses before.
We prepare engineers, physicists and mathematicians to move into quantitative finance: hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, market makers. Our students are serious, technically strong people making a career-defining decision, and they arrive ready to talk.
You do not need to know anything about finance to start. We will teach you the industry and the programme. What we need is someone who can sell and who genuinely wants to get better at it.
RED HOT INBOUND LEADS
Every conversation starts with someone who came to us. They found us, booked themselves in, attended a full session about the programme, and then asked to speak with an advisor. No cold calling. No list building. No hunting for the decision-maker.
Roughly 80% of your time is on those scheduled calls. The other 20% is following up with people who did not decide on the first call, confirming tomorrow's calendar so people actually turn up, and answering the questions that land by email and message in between.
If you have worked an inbound queue before, the rhythm will feel familiar. These are simply longer, more consultative conversations about a much bigger decision.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Take scheduled video calls with prospective students, typically 20 to 35 minutes.
Listen properly, understand what each person is trying to achieve, and give them a straight, honest read on fit.
Present pricing and payment options with confidence.
Handle objections properly, including price, timing, spousal approval and self-doubt, without pressure tactics or discounting.
Work open opportunities through to a decision, either way.
Confirm your own upcoming calls so people turn up.
Keep every opportunity current in the CRM.
WHAT WE TEACH YOU
Everything you need to know about quantitative finance and the programme. No prior knowledge required. You get a structured 90-day ramp with progressive targets, weekly one-to-one coaching from your own recorded calls, and a manager who has done this job before.
COMPENSATION
$2,500 USD base per month, paid on a fixed date, plus commission on every dollar you collect.
On-target earnings: $84,000 USD per year for someone working a full calendar.
