Who We Are

Catalyst Capital is a profitable, bootstrapped holding company building a diversified financial services group - education, publishing, software, wealth and tax planning tools, investment products and proprietary trading technology - funded entirely from its own operating cash. We have never taken outside capital.

The cash engine is Decentralized Masters, a financial education business that went from zero to 160+ people, 4,500+ paying members and roughly $48.6M of FY26 revenue at ~25% earnings before tax in four years.

Inflection Club is a private co-investment community for accredited investors, operators, and family offices who want direct access to pre-IPO and private-market deals in the companies shaping the future. Every deal goes through institutional-grade diligence and is executed as a Reg D 506(c) SPV. We are early, and the growth seat is the most important one we have left to fill.

Role Summary

Inflection Club is hiring a Director of Growth to build and own the engine that turns attention into qualified applications and members. This is a revenue-producing, hands-on operator role - not a campaign manager and not a generalist marketer.

You will personally find and close distribution partners (affiliates, event partners, referral channels, founder and personal-brand audiences), own the marketing infrastructure end to end, and convert founder-led LinkedIn and content attention into applications and sales. You are building from the ground up, and you take full ownership quickly.

What You Will Own
  • Growth strategy. Find new growth strategies to take the business to new heights.
  • Partner-led growth. Find, pitch, sign, and activate affiliates, event partners, referral channels, and other distribution relationships - "everywhere." You run outreach yourself; you do not wait for a list.
  • Founder and personal-brand distribution. Turn the founders' and operators' personal-brand reach (LinkedIn first) into a repeatable path from attention to application.
  • Acquisition systems. Build repeatable, measurable channels that produce qualified applications each month, and know the cost and yield of each.
  • Performance marketing. If we decide to pursue paid channels, plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing against cost per qualified application.
  • Marketing infrastructure. Own the newsletter strategy and campaigns, website and funnel, VSL and application flow, and the conversion paths from LinkedIn and other content - without relying on other team members to piece it together.
  • Conversion. Instrument the funnel from first touch to application to sale. Find the leaks, fix them, and report on them.
  • Reporting and accountability. Run a weekly growth review: pipeline, partner performance, cost per qualified application, and what is changing next.
  • Leadership. Direct contractors, agencies, and cross-functional teammates, and scale the seat into a team when the numbers justify it.
