You do not need to know anything about quantitative finance to start. We will teach you the industry and the programme. What we need is someone who can sell and who genuinely wants to get better at it.

RED HOT INBOUND LEADS

Every conversation starts with someone who came to us. They found us, booked themselves in, sat through a full session about the programme, and then asked to speak with an advisor. No cold calling. No list building. No chasing people who never asked to hear from you.

Roughly 80% of your time is on those scheduled calls. The other 20% is the follow-up that decides half your results — staying with the people who did not decide on the first call, confirming tomorrow's calendar so they turn up, and answering the questions that arrive by email and message in between.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Run scheduled video consultations with prospective students, typically 20 to 35 minutes
• Understand what each person is actually trying to achieve, and give them a straight answer on whether we can get them there
• Walk them through the curriculum, the outcomes, and what the programme asks of them
• Present pricing and payment options with confidence
• Handle objections properly — cost, timing, family, self-doubt — without pressure tactics or discounting
• Stay with open opportunities until there is a decision, either way
• Keep every conversation current in the CRM

WHAT WE TEACH YOU

Everything you need to know about quantitative finance and the programme — no prior knowledge required. A structured 90-day ramp with progressive targets. Weekly one-to-one coaching from your own recorded calls. You will always know where you stand and what to fix next.

COMPENSATION

$2,500 USD base per month, paid on a fixed date, plus uncapped upside on every deal.

On-target earnings: $84,000 USD per year. There is no ceiling above it.
