We are looking for a highly dynamic, hands-on City Manager for Curitiba, Brazil, who is passionate about micromobility and eager to grow with our company. This is a unique opportunity to take part in building our operations in Curitiba from scratch and making a significant impact on the future of urban mobility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, including fleet management, maintenance, and logistics.
• Manage the service center, including repair, maintenance, and charging of electric scooters.
• Recruit and train personnel for the service center, including drivers, mechanics, and coordinators.
• Ensure operational efficiency and productivity by implementing and improving processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Coordinate with authorities, administration, and police to resolve any operational issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and manage spare parts inventory.
