Senior Backend Engineer

ABOUT YOU   We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly collaborative to join our Engineering team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to design and build scalable backend systems, drive architectural improvements, and deliver resilient, high-performance services in production environments. Strong technical expertise in Go, distributed systems, and microservices architecture is essential, along with experience in building and operating cloud-native applications in containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. The ability to troubleshoot complex production issues, optimize system performance, and manage event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar streaming platforms will be key to your success in this role.
