The Director of Sales Operations, Americas will play a pivotal role in scaling regional sales operations for an innovative technology business specializing in AI hardware and semiconductor solutions. This strategic and hands-on leadership position oversees product availability, logistics, customer onboarding, CRM systems, and revenue performance across the Americas. You will build scalable processes that enable sales teams to make reliable customer commitments, streamline order fulfillment, and deliver accurate revenue forecasts. Working closely with global operations, finance, sales, and customer-facing technical teams, you will strengthen cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency. You will also drive improvements in sales processes, data quality, and reporting to support informed business decisions and sustainable growth.
