Join a collaborative Business Operations team to help optimize healthcare and insurance-related software applications and business processes. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, software engineers, and subject-matter experts to translate operational needs into clear, actionable software requirements. You will analyze existing workflows, identify opportunities for automation, and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and system performance. By combining analytical thinking with technical curiosity, you will help solve complex business challenges and support the continuous improvement of core products. You will also contribute to consistent enterprise-wide processes, ensuring that business requirements are accurately documented and effectively implemented.
