Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Desktop)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage the full accounting cycle for multiple US-based business clients. This role requires advanced, hands-on expertise in QuickBooks Desktop, particularly manual transaction entry, ledger management, and financial reconciliations. You will oversee day-to-day bookkeeping operations, maintain accurate financial records, and support month-end closing processes across diverse industries. The position also involves payroll accounting, financial reporting, and resolving complex historical bookkeeping discrepancies. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will interact directly with business owners and participate in client meetings.
