We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop and scale customer characterization and segmentation models for Route-to-Market (RTM) optimization. In this role, you will transform complex financial and commercial considerations into mathematical models that determine the most effective service strategy for each customer. You will work at the intersection of operations research, finance, and commercial strategy, optimizing decisions based on profitability, cost-to-serve, and customer potential. Your work will help replace heuristic approaches with scalable, data-driven optimization across multiple countries. Collaborating with business, finance, Data Engineering, and Analytics Engineering teams, you will turn analytical insights into practical business decisions.
