Senior RPO Sales Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior RPO Sales Consultant based in the United States.

As a Senior RPO Sales Consultant, you will drive business growth by developing and closing strategic recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) opportunities across the U.S. market. You will own the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying prospective clients and leading discovery conversations to negotiating complex agreements and securing new business. Working closely with delivery, operations, and client leadership teams, you will design scalable workforce solutions that address clients' evolving recruitment needs. You will build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, position tailored solutions, and identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships across regions, business units, and global markets. This role combines enterprise sales expertise, consultative problem-solving, and commercial strategy in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to influence workforce strategies, strengthen long-term client relationships, and contribute directly to revenue growth and business expansion.
