As a Senior Reporting QA & Data Validation Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of healthcare reporting across multiple systems and platforms. You will work closely with reporting, business intelligence, operational, and technical teams to validate data, reconcile figures, and investigate discrepancies. Your work will help ensure that financial, operational, productivity, and revenue cycle reports provide dependable insights for business decisions. You will use SQL and advanced Excel to trace data issues, identify root causes, and support effective resolutions. In this remote role, you will also help strengthen quality controls, improve validation processes, and promote secure handling of sensitive healthcare information.
