As a Project Manager, you will lead complex client-facing implementation and transformation projects across healthcare, telehealth, virtual care, and digital health environments. You will oversee projects from initial planning through implementation and transition to ongoing operations, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope. Acting as the central point of contact between clients, clinical professionals, operational leaders, technology teams, and external vendors, you will drive alignment and effective collaboration. You will play a key role in introducing innovative healthcare solutions, improving service delivery, and supporting organizational transformation. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across public and private sector healthcare environments in Canada and the United States.
