The Senior Director of Growth Marketing will lead the overall growth strategy and integrated digital marketing initiatives for a leading digital Bible platform and its premium subscription service. This senior leadership role focuses on accelerating customer acquisition, strengthening subscriber engagement, improving retention, and building long-term brand equity across domestic and international markets. You will oversee a comprehensive direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing ecosystem spanning performance marketing, CRM, email, SMS, push notifications, organic search, and emerging AI-powered discovery channels. Working closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams, you will translate customer insights and performance data into actionable strategies that drive sustainable revenue growth. You will also build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team while optimizing budgets, campaigns, and customer journeys.
