We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for a major annual industry event in the residential systems integration sector. This role offers the opportunity to drive audience growth, strengthen brand awareness, and support exhibitor and sponsorship revenue through innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives. You will oversee multichannel campaigns spanning email, paid media, social media, content, websites, and industry partnerships. Working closely with sales, event leadership, and cross-functional teams, you will translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes. You will also lead and develop a marketing team while remaining actively involved in campaign execution and optimization.
