As Associate Director of Learning Experience & Platforms, you will shape the enterprise-wide learning technology strategy and create engaging, accessible, and scalable learning experiences. You will oversee the strategy, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS) and the broader digital learning ecosystem. Working at the intersection of learning, technology, and business strategy, you will lead major platform transformations and ensure that technology investments deliver measurable value. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners to translate organizational needs into effective digital solutions. You will also explore emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, automation, and learning analytics, to personalize learning and improve operational efficiency.
