Take the next step in your legal services career by leading and developing a team of court reporting professionals in a dynamic, remote environment.
As Manager, Court Reporters, you will oversee daily team performance, assignment readiness, workflow compliance, and transcript delivery to ensure consistently high-quality service.
You will serve as a key point of contact for court reporters, providing hands-on coaching, operational guidance, and technical support.
Working closely with Scheduling, Operations, Production, and Talent Acquisition, you will help maintain reliable coverage and efficient deposition workflows.
Your leadership will contribute to professional development, quality assurance, and a positive experience for both reporters and clients.
You will also identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen team performance, and support the successful integration of new hires.
This full-time remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced court reporting professional who enjoys mentoring others and driving operational excellence.
