The Director of Sales – AV Integration will lead a team of 6 to 8 Account Executives, driving revenue growth, profitability, and sales performance across a designated territory within the Central Region. This leadership role focuses on audiovisual integration, workplace collaboration, digital media, broadcast solutions, and managed services for corporate enterprise and higher education clients. You will coach and develop sales professionals, strengthen strategic client relationships, and build a high-performing team capable of winning complex, multi-solution opportunities. Working closely with regional leadership and cross-functional specialists, you will translate business strategy into actionable territory plans and measurable commercial results. You will also oversee forecasting, pipeline management, deal execution, and sales operations to ensure predictable growth and healthy margins.
