Director, Strategic Partnerships

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Strategic Partnerships based in Canada.

We are seeking a commercially driven Director of Strategic Partnerships to build, lead, and scale a high-performing partner ecosystem that accelerates revenue growth and expands market reach. In this senior leadership role, you will shape partnership strategy, develop repeatable operating models, and turn strategic relationships into measurable business results. You will lead a team of three while strengthening relationships with technology partners, ecommerce platforms, agencies, and complementary software providers. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, you will drive joint go-to-market initiatives and create opportunities for sustainable growth. You will also establish clear performance metrics, optimize partner engagement, and ensure partnerships deliver tangible commercial value.
