Order Processing Virtual Assistant

The Order Processing Virtual Assistant will provide essential administrative support by managing daily purchase order entry and maintaining accurate order records. This remote, junior-level opportunity involves reviewing incoming purchase orders, verifying order details, and entering information into dedicated order management systems. The successful candidate will help ensure that orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and within established timelines. Working closely with internal teams, they will identify discrepancies, maintain organized documentation, and support smooth order management operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, reliable communication, and the ability to handle high volumes of information with minimal supervision. This is a full-time independent contractor engagement supporting international business operations, with scheduled coverage aligned primarily with US Eastern Time.
