Staff Product Manager, Shopping Experience

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Shopping Experience based in the United States.

The Staff Product Manager, Shopping Experience will lead the strategy and execution of the consumer-facing digital experiences that help customers discover, explore, and purchase products. This role owns a broad range of high-traffic web and mobile surfaces, including the home screen, search, menus, collections, product details, cart, and checkout. You will shape a cohesive product vision that makes browsing intuitive, personalized, and engaging, even across a large and evolving catalog. Working closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Merchandising, you will deliver impactful features and continuously improve the customer journey. You will also help evolve the underlying frontend systems and translate personalization and AI capabilities into useful customer experiences. This is a senior, cross-functional role with significant influence over product quality, conversion, order frequency, and customer retention.
