The IT Investment & Economic Business Case Project Manager will lead the development, analysis, and governance of business cases supporting strategic technology investments within a large-scale federal environment. This role focuses on evaluating investment opportunities, building financial and operational models, and preparing executive-level recommendations to support informed decision-making. You will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership to translate operational needs into clearly defined requirements, costs, benefits, risks, and implementation plans. The position also involves coordinating investment approvals, monitoring funding activities, and ensuring project deliverables meet governance requirements and deadlines. Through advanced analytical techniques and strong project management practices, you will help optimize technology investments and support critical logistics and visibility operations.
