Senior Salesforce Engineer & Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to take full technical ownership of a highly customized CRM environment within a growing financial services organization. In this individual contributor role, you will oversee Salesforce architecture, development, administration, integrations, automation, and data governance. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, improving business processes, and delivering reliable reporting and analytics to support strategic decisions. Working closely with senior leadership, internal teams, data specialists, and external vendors, you will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. You will also help shape the platform's evolution by introducing AI-powered workflows and intelligent automation. This is an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on engineering expertise, independent ownership, and innovation in a fully remote international environment.
