Program Management Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Program Management Director based in the United States.

The Program Management Director will lead the successful delivery of professional services across a portfolio of healthcare customers.
You will develop strategic account plans, identify new project opportunities, and partner with Sales and Account Management to shape customer solutions.
Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will oversee complex consulting and implementation initiatives while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
The role combines portfolio management, financial oversight, resource planning, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.
You will monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations and business objectives.
As a senior leader, you will also drive operational excellence, strengthen customer relationships, and improve service offerings.
This is a full-time, permanent remote opportunity involving collaboration across multiple time zones and occasional business travel.
