As a Corporate Senior Travel Consultant, you will manage incoming travel requests across multiple communication channels while delivering accurate, efficient, and personalized service. You will advise business travelers, recommend suitable travel solutions, and identify opportunities to enhance their experience through relevant additional services. Beyond customer support, you will contribute to operational quality, process improvements, and the resolution of challenging travel situations. You will also serve as a trusted resource for colleagues, sharing guidance on policies and procedures and supporting the development of other consultants.
