In this role, you will oversee the development of innovative people management solutions, covering everything from employee registration to intelligent workforce scheduling. Your work will directly contribute to improving operational efficiency, empowering franchise teams, and reducing employee turnover across the network. You will combine people leadership, technical strategy, and agile delivery practices to drive the evolution of scalable digital products. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will promote engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and a culture of collaboration and accountability.
