We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Content Marketing Manager to lead and scale a high-performing content function within a global marketing organization. In this role, you will oversee content strategy, planning, production, and delivery across multiple channels and formats, ensuring alignment with demand generation, brand awareness, sales enablement, and business growth objectives. You will lead a team of three content professionals across Latin America, fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence. A key focus will be leveraging AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate content production, improve efficiency, and maximize the value of existing content. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate business priorities into impactful content that resonates with international B2B audiences.
