The Director, Talent Acquisition will lead the regional recruiting organization and shape a forward-thinking talent acquisition strategy. This role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence, and technological innovation to transform recruitment into a business-driving function. You will lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for technical and non-technical hiring across multiple functions. Working closely with senior executives and global HR stakeholders, you will influence workforce planning and talent decisions through market intelligence and data-driven insights. This is an opportunity to modernize recruiting practices, leverage AI and automation, and build a scalable talent acquisition organization.
