As Director, Growth & Product Marketing, you will lead the development of a scalable product marketing and growth strategy, shaping how products are positioned, launched, and promoted across a global creative marketplace. You will establish and lead a new function, building the processes, tools, and frameworks needed to accelerate customer acquisition, product adoption, and business growth. Working closely with Product, Outreach, and Lifecycle Marketing teams, you will translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions for creators and backers. You will also develop standardized promotional offerings and sales enablement resources to help commercial teams deliver consistent, high-impact results. Through data-driven decision-making, innovative demand generation initiatives, and effective cross-functional leadership, you will turn individual marketing activities into repeatable growth programs.
