Head of Product & Engineering

As Head of Product & Engineering, you will lead product strategy and engineering execution for an innovative climate technology business focused on reducing residential energy waste and accelerating home electrification. In this hands-on leadership role, you will combine strategic vision with operational involvement, shaping the product roadmap while guiding a talented team of engineers and product professionals. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive the development of digital solutions that simplify access to utility and government incentives for contractors and homeowners. You will work closely with commercial, design, and engineering teams to improve customer experiences, optimize internal workflows, and support business growth. You will also champion the practical integration of AI into both product development and customer-facing solutions.
