This temporary, one-year position, with the possibility of extension, offers an opportunity to contribute to a confidential and fast-paced HR environment. The successful candidate will independently assess complex cases, analyze findings, and recommend appropriate actions while exercising sound judgment and discretion. Working closely with HR Business Partners and Employee Relations leadership, the specialist will support administrative investigations and help maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation. The role also involves interpreting HR policies, responding to employee relations inquiries, and coordinating case-related actions.
