As a Voice Services Product Owner, you will shape the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of a critical telecommunications platform supporting voice and local connectivity services. You will bridge business needs, customer expectations, and technical capabilities to deliver innovative and reliable solutions. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Service Delivery teams, you will drive platform enhancements and operational improvements. Your expertise will help optimize telecommunications workflows, strengthen customer outcomes, and ensure compliance with industry requirements.
