As a Software Development Coordinator, you will lead multiple engineering squads, ensuring high-performing teams, predictable delivery, and continuous technical evolution. You will play a key role in developing people, strengthening engineering practices, and aligning technology initiatives with broader business objectives. Working closely with Backend, Frontend, and Mobile teams, you will contribute to architectural discussions, software quality, and technical decision-making. You will also champion the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in software development, introducing new tools and workflows that improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed. In partnership with Product and other stakeholders, you will monitor engineering performance, manage priorities, and address operational challenges.
