Creative Strategist – Performance Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Strategist – Performance Marketing based in Brazil.

This full-time, fully remote opportunity is designed for a creative strategist who understands how compelling advertising drives measurable business growth.
You will lead creative strategy across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and influencer marketing, developing concepts that capture attention and convert global gaming audiences.
Working closely with marketing leadership, paid media specialists, designers, and video editors, you will own the creative process from initial idea to final asset delivery.
Your work will involve identifying emerging opportunities, translating campaign objectives into actionable briefs, and continuously improving creative performance.
You will help build a consistent pipeline of high-quality static, motion, and video assets aligned with commercial goals.
This role offers the opportunity to combine creative thinking, performance analysis, and production leadership in a fast-paced international e-commerce environment.
