Marketing & Ops Data Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing & Ops Data Analyst based in the United States.

In this role, you will transform complex marketing and operational data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance. Working within an analytics-focused team, you will develop dashboards, automate reporting, and analyze the entire marketing funnel, from advertising spend and lead generation to student enrollment and outcomes. You will collaborate with marketing, student success, and strategy teams to improve visibility into performance and help stakeholders make informed, data-driven decisions. Using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Databricks, you will strengthen data quality, optimize reporting processes, and uncover opportunities for growth and efficiency. You will also contribute to the evolution of AI-powered analytics, exploring innovative ways to deliver insights faster and make data more accessible.
