VP of Engineering

The VP of Engineering will play a pivotal role in building and scaling technology solutions that improve access to affordable medications across the United States. This hands-on engineering leadership opportunity involves developing innovative healthcare platforms that streamline medication donations and distribution. Working closely with executive leadership, you will help transform an early-stage product into a scalable solution supporting major health systems and pharmacy partners. You will oversee full-stack product development, technical architecture, cloud infrastructure, and engineering quality. The role combines strategic technical decision-making with hands-on execution in a fast-moving startup environment. You will also establish the engineering foundations, processes, and standards needed to support future team growth.
