We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer to help shape and scale a mission-critical ordering platform that powers restaurant operations. In this high-ownership role, you will drive the architecture and evolution of distributed systems designed to process, synchronize, and reconcile orders reliably, even during network outages or partial system failures. You will work with advanced engineering patterns such as event sourcing, conflict-free replicated data types (CRDTs), and offline-first data architectures. Collaborating across Engineering, Product, Payments, and Reporting, you will deliver resilient end-to-end ordering experiences across web, mobile, and point-of-sale environments. You will serve as a technical anchor for the team, influencing architectural decisions while remaining deeply hands-on with implementation.
