As a ServiceNow Solution Architect specializing in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), you will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of innovative enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in delivering complex professional services projects, ensuring that technical solutions align with business objectives, customer requirements, and industry best practices. Working closely with clients, delivery managers, and engineering teams, you will translate business challenges into scalable and effective technology solutions. You will also lead, coach, and mentor software engineers, fostering collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale, global ServiceNow implementations and work with prestigious enterprise customers.
