Director of Luxury Transient / Leisure Sales

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director of Luxury Transient / Leisure Sales based in the United States.

Lead the commercial strategy for a prestigious luxury resort, driving room revenue through the acquisition and development of high-value transient and leisure business. In this senior sales leadership role, you will build relationships with luxury travel advisors, corporate clients, entertainment partners, consortia networks, and affluent travelers. You will develop strategic partnerships and identify new market opportunities to increase occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and overall revenue performance. Working closely with Revenue Management, you will use market intelligence and account performance data to refine pricing and sales strategies. This fully remote opportunity combines relationship-driven business development with commercial analysis and strategic account management. Your leadership will help strengthen the resort's position in the luxury hospitality market while delivering exceptional standards of service.
