Staff Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Designer based in Brazil.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Staff Product Designer to shape the evolution of complex digital products and drive design excellence across multiple teams. In this senior leadership role, you will take ownership of product-wide challenges, identify opportunities for innovation, and influence strategic decisions that shape the overall product experience. You will work closely with Product Management and Engineering leaders to define roadmaps, align priorities, and deliver impactful solutions across different product domains. Beyond hands-on design execution, you will establish design standards, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and ensure consistency throughout the product ecosystem. You will also mentor senior designers, champion design excellence, and help drive the adoption of AI-powered product experiences.
