Staff Product Designer, Growth

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Staff Product Designer to lead growth-focused design initiatives and shape engaging, high-performing product experiences. In this role, you will drive design excellence across the user journey, focusing on improving activation, engagement, retention, and monetization. Working closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and marketing teams, you will turn business challenges and user insights into impactful design solutions. You will leverage experimentation, behavioral analytics, and AI-powered tools to validate ideas and continuously optimize the product experience. Beyond hands-on design, you will influence design strategy, strengthen design systems, and mentor other designers.
