GTM Software Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Software Engineer based in Germany.

We are looking for a hands-on GTM Software Engineer to build and scale a next-generation go-to-market operating system within a fast-growing international SaaS organization. In this role, you will combine software engineering, data intelligence, and commercial thinking to transform how marketing, sales, and growth teams operate. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will work closely with leadership, engineering, product, and design teams to develop systems that improve customer targeting, pipeline generation, and revenue performance. You will design and ship production-ready solutions, unify data across global markets, and create new self-service customer journeys. With a strong emphasis on autonomy, rapid iteration, and end-to-end ownership, you will see your work go live quickly and deliver measurable business impact.
