Director, Partnership Success

The Director, Partnership Success will lead strategic client relationships and oversee day-to-day operations within healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), supporting hospitals and physician groups. This role combines operational leadership, client relationship management, and strategic business development to ensure exceptional service delivery and sustainable partnership growth. You will work closely with senior healthcare executives, including CFOs and operational leaders, to optimize financial performance, improve revenue cycle processes, and achieve client objectives. The position requires a strong understanding of healthcare finance, regulatory developments, payer policies, and operational performance metrics. You will also lead strategic initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment between client expectations and internal teams.
