The Platform Experience Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a unified digital platform experience across a diverse portfolio of SaaS products. This position focuses on simplifying customer interactions by creating seamless, intuitive, and consistent experiences across applications, services, and workflows. Working at the intersection of Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and UX, the successful candidate will translate business needs and customer insights into actionable technical specifications. The role involves leading platform capabilities from initial concept through launch while balancing priorities across multiple product teams. Using data, customer feedback, and product performance indicators, this individual will drive continuous improvement and measurable business impact.
