Take the lead in shaping property tax strategy for a rapidly growing organization operating across North America. As Director of Property Taxes, you will oversee the entire property tax lifecycle across the United States and Canada, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing tax liabilities, and identifying opportunities for significant cost savings. You will manage property tax filings, valuations, audits, appeals, forecasting, and reporting across a diverse portfolio of owned and leased assets. Working closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Construction, and Operations, you will help guide strategic investments, new market expansion, and major capital projects.
