Art Director, Brand & Design

We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director, Brand & Design to shape and elevate the visual identity of a fast-growing consumer beauty brand. In this hands-on leadership role, you will develop creative concepts and translate brand strategy into compelling visual experiences across digital campaigns, product packaging, retail environments, and experiential marketing. You will combine creative direction with direct design execution while managing and mentoring a team of graphic designers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that every creative asset strengthens brand recognition, communicates product value, and supports commercial objectives. You will also help establish scalable creative systems, improve production workflows, and leverage performance insights to optimize marketing content.
