We are seeking a technically strong and forward-thinking Systems Manager to lead software engineering teams and drive the evolution of digital products and platforms. In this role, you will combine strategic leadership with hands-on architectural guidance, helping shape engineering standards and development practices. You will oversee senior squads working on multidisciplinary projects while guiding the modernization of systems, including the transition from monolithic architectures to microservices. You will also champion quality, scalability, security, data-driven decision-making, and observability across web and mobile solutions. By integrating automation and generative AI into development workflows, you will help improve engineering efficiency and product delivery.
