Proposal Development Coordinator

The Proposal Development Coordinator will play an important role in supporting business development through the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and client-facing materials. In this position, you will collaborate with global teams to develop professional, persuasive, and customized content that communicates the organization's expertise and service offerings. You will support the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), organize key information, and transform complex technical and legal concepts into clear, engaging business content. Working closely with client solutions, business development, legal, and investigative teams, you will help ensure that proposals are accurate, consistent, and aligned with client expectations. You will also contribute to maintaining a centralized library of reusable content, templates, and case studies while coordinating deadlines and submission processes.
