Project Manager- Strategic Projects

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager – Strategic Projects based in the United States.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives within a dynamic construction and industrial services environment.
In this role, you will translate business priorities into structured project plans, ensuring clear objectives, accountable ownership, and measurable outcomes.
You will oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and governance while coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams.
Working closely with project sponsors and senior leadership, you will provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
You will also drive implementation readiness, strengthen project controls, and ensure successful handoffs and long-term project sustainability.

The position is based in Franklin, Tennessee, with remote work considered and travel of up to 20%.
