The Senior Director, Enterprise Operations will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise-wide transformation and improving operational performance within a fast-growing healthcare technology organization. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Operations Officer and partnering closely with the Chief Information Officer, you will shape and execute a multi-year strategy focused on operational excellence and business efficiency. You will lead high-impact initiatives designed to streamline processes, optimize resources, and integrate AI-powered solutions across core business functions. Working with senior leadership, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.
